How much will this cost?

My standard rate is $40 CAD/hour, but several factors can influence the final fee. Please note the following:

• Complexity of Data: If the scientific or technical data is intricate and requires extra time to understand, visualize, and execute, the cost may increase.

• Additional Research: If insufficient background information is provided, additional time spent on research will be billed accordingly.

• Data Interpretation: If I need to interpret charts, datasets, or papers, this will add time to the process and affect the overall fee.

• Revisions: Two to three rounds of revisions are included. However, if additional revisions are required due to added or corrected information, they will be subject to additional charges.

• Rush Jobs: If a project has a tight deadline, a 25–50% markup may apply. Please communicate any urgency upfront so I can accommodate your timeline.
  
  

Licensing & Usage:
You will receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final infographic for educational, professional, or scientific purposes (e.g., presentations, grant applications, journal submissions). I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additionally, I may reuse visual elements in future works unless you specify otherwise in writing, which may affect the fee.
